      - The first month is basically a very detailed training - Lots of follow-up - Very supportive environment - Monthly newsletter and meeting on online seminars on related topics - You can get LinkedIn certifications in the first month before being assigned

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
