Business Outlook
Pros
There are a lot of pros. The management is amazing, the colleagues as well. The culture is very welcoming and everyone is happy to help out. There is amazing work-life balance, you don’t have to think about work after the working hours.
Cons
There have been some issues with the workload some colleagues take on, and others don’t, I believe it’s a management issue tho and if they are made aware, it could get better. The opportunity to grow and get better pay is like in most CROs - it happens slowly and with not a big of difference in the salary.
