      Pros

      PRA International was a people-centred CRO which allowed for great people to want to be there. Once it was acquired by ICON, everything completely changed: layoffs, unreasonable stress and intensity.

      Cons

      Employees stretched very thin. Stressful and challenging work environment. People leaders have their hands tied. No opportunities for growth.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
