      If you are looking for a place to progress your career ICON is not for you. Very slow progression and salary is dependant on performance, however the company is always "struggling" therefore no more than 1K.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
