Pros
Great work life balance. The management I was assigned to showed great support and felt like they really were looking out for your best interest. Fast career progression. I was CTA-IHCRA-CRA in a span of 3 years.
Cons
I guess it greatly depends on which sponsor you get assigned to if you are FSP. Some sponsor workload is too much others are a good balance
