ITG is the worse. Run by a Ring Master Z with her pawn mangers, who have no say in anything. If you are in the boss' good books then you will get promotion, Doesn't matter if you are good and if the TPMs have something good to say about you. If the manager has decided to make your life miserably and nothing you do matters. Managers expect to finish the assigned task at non human speed. Some thing that takes 1 week to finish, the expectation is to finish the task in 2 days including all the paper work. In today's technologically advanced world, Icon is stuck with stamps and ink and paper. People don't even consider applying here.
