      Some great people at icon

      Cons

      Great people are swimming against a tide of mediocrity.Flooded with Directors who do nothing, with nothing useful to say and even less to contribute. Salarys are poor. Smug icon old timers rely on their past records and brazen their way through while under resourced teams pick up slack. Culture is extremely political and stacked with game players protecting their turf yet who contribute nothing constructive. A soul destroying place therefore at times.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
