      Nice modern building, good canteen and facilities.

      Cons

      Poor management, little career progression unless you are in a 'click'. Rewards and salary poor compared to the market. Extremely high turnover. Poor work life balance.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
