Pros
There are a lot of open opportunities within company in the region or globally, and re-allocation is often seen. ICON does take account to employee's career development.
Cons
Currently, Asia Pacific market is emerging, however, sometimes too much projects were bidden, and workload for Asia employees sometimes are too much depending on region / market.
