Pros
Decent benefit package, generous telework and flexible scheduling, understanding and responsive management and HR.
Cons
The on-boarding process several years ago was chaotic and took several months due to management turnover and security clearance delays. While not a CRM issue per se', having worked as a government contractor before in another area, I am shocked at how contractors are made to feel like 2nd class citizens at the DoD locations.
