being mislead in the interview about the nature of the job, de-motivated employees, promotions only for 'golden cuircle' employees, very male dominated management (NO female management at ALL), no pay increases, No work-life balance, work overtime for free ( you don't even get a 'thank You'), really bad atmosphere, all employees are unhappy
