      interesting clients and projects central london office

      Cons

      long hours poor culture of expecting you to be at your desk, and feeling judged if leaving before 6:30pm Under staffed and over stretched. E.g. on bank holiday weeks, you would still be expected to do your full time hours, just in 4 days. Poor resource management

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
