      Somewhat established with hard-working humble people

      Changing management constantly with no true vision. When bison was set it did not match the culture that ICON aimed for and left BD staff and operations disappointed. Unclear strategy and over-committing to sales bonus year after and month after month, left he staff demotivated with no other choice to look elsewhere. Managers who were poor performers were kept in place which only made things worse.

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
