      Irish owned Good office location Global Company

      Progression is limited and if available it is greatly accelerated by who you know not what you know. Employees treated very differently to each other - HR seem to adapt processes depending on who the person One rule for one person and another for someone else Very divided culture - conflict between newer employees versus those who have been with the Company for years huge turnover

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
