      Pros

      Management really seems to care about people, there is a good work life balance, work from home options available, flexible, independent work environment, on the job training.

      Cons

      There is a lot of training, but afterwards they are very hands off. You can get lost in the shuffle, and sometimes it is not clear who you actually work for.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
