      They didn't mentioned shift timings in my offer letter once I joined in ICON they had forced me to work in shift timings , High level of exploitation, Poor salary.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
