      Pros

      Good work life balance. Managers are very much encouraging. Nice training programs. People can shape their career by working with icon.

      Cons

      As such no cons found out yet. Employee engagement can be made little more transparent. Also can include many more personal effectiveness trainings to engage employees

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
