Pros
I worked with a wonderful group of colleagues. Health benefits are good. There are plenty of opportunities to work remotely.
Cons
Stated company culture does not appear to be sincere, and there is very little investment in groups to continue doing good work. The main company value is sell, sell, sell. And beware of the reorgs and changes at the VP level, especially if your department director has difficulty speaking truth to power.
