      Good place to get experience in the behind the scenes of clinical trials if you haven’t already.

      Cons

      Sometimes feels like CTAs’ job is to clean up after others who didn’t do their job. But still - can provide opportunity to learn. Don’t feel like there are many opportunities to move up. Yes there are options but they come around infrequently

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
