      • Flexible schedule • Decent pay

      Cons

      • Mindless work • Very boring with little interaction with other employees • Useless team building exercises I was very bored here. I did not stay very long because I was offered a much better opportunity. The pay is good but you sit in a cubicle all day and no one really talked to one another. Very much a cubicle farm environment with little interaction with other employees.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
