      Operational team fantastic. Really display the culture and values of collaboration, integrity and teamwork.

      Senior leadership team very cliquey. Do not display culture and values. Take credit for others work and play the blame game.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
