      Excellent experience with my Line Manager, everyone gets assigned an onboarding buddy, the company seems to love to promote from within, tech platforms interface with one another well, very well-staffed, stability from being a very large company

      Cons

      Not all roles are fully remote when there is the proven capability that they can be.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
