      Cons

      Workload management. Projects assigned are well above average. There are tasks assigned to PMs that shouldn’t be.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
