      Pros

      salaries were at the higher end for industry, bonus structures were strong, and consistently paid.

      Cons

      management was inconsistent and entirely too 'micromanagey' for the level of employees hired. Employees were not trusted, critiqued, and creative ideas were not received well, because "this is just how we do it."

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
