      Icon seems to be forward thinking.

      Unknown so far. The acquisition has just finalized and we haven't yet heard what the outcome will be in terms of who keeps a job, which offices are used, impact on benefits, etc. I'll update this as I find out more.

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
