      Great work life balance. Very flexible.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity to advance your career and when the opportunity does come around, there are 60 plus applicants for 1 position. ICON forces employees to leave to make market pay.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
