Pros

Office hours were flexible ( could be because the company didn't have a lot of work coming through ). Surfing on company's internet.

Cons

Management is the absolute worst. no idea how people are promoted to be Managers since most of them have zero management skills and lot of them are not even educated enough to be an analyst let alone a manager. I guess being the yes man to the Director gets you promoted. the pay is so low that it forces employees to leave and then when someone leaves they take in personally as if the employee doesn't have the right to search outside. when I left none of the managers wished me good luck or got an exit interview, all I got was a shrug. the employees are pretty dispensable. Even when there was no work, they kept showing us this rosy picture that more work in on the way. Poor quality chairs and tables. Looked like they bought them online at craigslist since most of the chairs were torn or had marks on them and very uncomfortable. The whole office was shabby. No career growth.

Pros

Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

Cons

Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

Pros

Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

Cons

Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
