Pros
Excellent training, supportive team, visible effort in trying to be as balanced and inclusive a workplace as possible. Out of time-zone calls are not regularly expected. Great insurance benefits but salary is not particularly competitive. Good exposure and a good entry level position to build foundational skills you can transfer into almost any position.
Cons
There is a lot of work to be balanced but as a corporate service provider client expectations are always high and never enough resources allocated. Although the role is designed to allow you to launch you into other roles and departments there are not a lot of actual opening for progression due to lacking internal relationships between departments, at least in the Singapore office. A lot of outsourcing work to other regions, Singapore staff viewed as 'too expensive'. Risk of staying in administrative support roles further down the line if you don't take your own initiatives.
