      ICON (formerly PRA Heath Sciences) offers a great Bridge CRA program for people with little to no monitoring experience looking to get into that field.

      Can be thrown into a messy study which is a little overwhelming for a new monitor.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
