Pros

Massive knowledge bank, both wiki and colleagues. Everyone is friendly, helpful and willing to work together (no backstabbing). Flexi hours with option to work off a shorter day over a long time period. Teams are spread globally meaning everyone has a different background and experience, great learning and personal growth opportunities.

Cons

Time zones can be difficult to manage as team is global. Sink or swim, if you're not able to think with initiative or creativity you may struggle. Starting pay is okay, not great but there is always a way to transition to better paying roles.

Pros

Flexible remote work for many US employees. Most employees work hard and genuinely care about delivering quality for sponsors despite the challenges.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected from the day-to-day reality of project teams, and workloads continue to increase while resources decrease. Constant cost-cutting and restructuring have left teams understaffed, resulting in burnout and high turnover. Scope creep is common, yet staffing and timelines rarely reflect additional work. Decisions only prioritize short-term financial metrics over employees and quality. Communication from leadership lacks transparency, especially around staffing decisions, compensation, and org changes. Employees are expected to do more with less, and this has become the norm.
