      Pros

      Friendly environment where co-workers feel like family. People work together well in teams and there is always someone willing to help. Job security.

      Cons

      People are content and lose motivation easily. Pay is less than average. There is no clear career path within the company.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
