      Pros

      Loved all my co-workers within project management!! New hires really worked with one another, bounced questions off one another. Benefits were also very good.

      Cons

      Resourcing and allocation, work hours were long at times. Mentor program for new employees would have also been helpful at the time I started.

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
