Pros
Team works hard, but they are not sophisticated enough to send proper email communications. Communication are filled with all kinds of typos. It’s embarrassing.
Cons
Horrible management, many are without degrees or multiple experiences. A lot of millennials who don’t know much. It’s a woke company. It’s quite insulting to get ridiculed by people who have a lack of experience and who haven’t worked anywhere other than ICON when you have a ton of varied experiences on a global level. I’m planning my exit strategy because of this. I’ve been w/ ICON a year. They do not have a retention strategy for experienced staff and do not value older, experienced workers.
