Pros

-4 weeks PTO (21 days per year) -flexible schedule -awesome coworkers -good 401K (dollar for dollar match 3 year vesting schedule) -Gym membership reimbursment

Cons

-There is a large amount of turnover in some departments which can add strain to tenured analysts as new ones come on board and are being trained. -There seems to be a lack of consistency in training. -Lab analysts do the majority of the "work" to achieve study results and are paid the least. -Being a Irish and European based company one would assume a better maternity/paternity leave policy would be implemented for their offices in the US. It's very disappointing to discover just the standard unpaid 12 weeks FLMA exists (6 weeks at 60% Short term disability are paid for non exempt full time employees who have worked more than 1250 hours in the year).

Pros

Flexible remote work for many US employees. Most employees work hard and genuinely care about delivering quality for sponsors despite the challenges.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected from the day-to-day reality of project teams, and workloads continue to increase while resources decrease. Constant cost-cutting and restructuring have left teams understaffed, resulting in burnout and high turnover. Scope creep is common, yet staffing and timelines rarely reflect additional work. Decisions only prioritize short-term financial metrics over employees and quality. Communication from leadership lacks transparency, especially around staffing decisions, compensation, and org changes. Employees are expected to do more with less, and this has become the norm.
