      They’ve made recent changes to bonus structure that took away an annual bonus, and added metrics to instill “babysitting” their employees (location check while on site).

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
