If you like to copy, paste, do the same excel reports each month and click your mouse to delete documents, this job is for you. ICON talks about career advancement as a company goal, but that has not been reflected at all. In this role, people don't stay long, the turnover is staggering.       Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
