      The employees at icon make it worth it. Everyone is nice there and willing to help you out. flexible hours, lots of overtime,

      Scientists are always blamed for everything. Management sucks. Icon only cares about making $$$ and not giving it to you.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
