Great Benefits and Bonuses, Great Line Management Support, remote work, Great IT Support.
Cons
Stressful, fast-paced, demanding, poor resourcing to studies, love the industry but some pharmaceutical sponsors are not easy to work with and make your job very difficult, few sponsors are easy to work with, it is really unfortunate, feel bullied by the sponsors. Most training is self-review which is not effective.
