      Pros

      Great benefits, great employees. I don't usually bond too much with coworkers, but I did at ICON. Still some of my closest friends.

      Cons

      It was kind of who you knew as far as promotions go. I didn't feel like they promoted on hard work.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
