      Pros

      The people really are fantastic. Dedicated people drive the company forward

      Cons

      Utilization of talented people is lacking. Tends to advertise multiple systems that are advanced, however not available to the staff. Management seems to be making decisions that are best for the company and not relationships with sponsors leaving a bit of unknown for the future.

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
