      The company is competitive with salaries

      Cons

      Disorganized, inefficient. The current project management culture is fraought with time suckers as a result of systems that are not linked, directors too busy to support, FMs paralyzed and powerless. Promotions not standardized resulting in low moral overall. ICON is broken at the moment.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
