      At times you may be required to work long hours Resource constraints & availability can significantly impact you and lead to the above point. Large company - can feel like a small cog

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
