      Great people, international exposure and experience, large variety roles and departments to get new knowledge. Supportive team, easy to have upper management support. Good benefits and vacation time

      Cons

      Not exactly competitive salaries which is the biggest con, also lack of technical support, some systems are outdated and require a lot of manual labor to navigate and complete

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
