I suppose the benefits are OK? else i dont have a lot of 'pros' to list.
Cons
FSP partnerships do not rec'v same benefits as sponsor; poor pathway to promotion, literally have to leave and come back at a different level; failed to recognize a raise for my last month of work; onerous reimbursement and financials process; manager did not know how to navigate the 'new' icon since acquiring PRA. heard from many employees that PRA was far better.
