      Great benefits, great compensation, strong senior leadership, excellent culture. I am a long time employee and have not been more satisfied than I am currently with the company.

      none to report. The company strives to poll employees, recognize and address areas for improvement. Suggestions, complaints and concerns are taken very seriously by senior leadership.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
