      Pros

      the office is located near the luas and there is a creche inside the same building which is very convenient for parents

      Cons

      management is clicky, managers hire and promote their friends and former colleagues. very poor HR management.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
