      Pros

      not many. I did think the benefits were good, but after seeing what is out there, they are not great.

      Cons

      Everything else. This is not the place for an IT job or career. Management doesn't care about you unless you are part of the special Dublin club. I watched 40+ people get laid off and the manager get promoted, I guess he did a good job firing everyone...

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
