      Cons

      *Pay is below the market rate for the role. *You'll get a raise of 1.5% to 2% (literally) & be expected to show extreme gratitude for it. *Some managers are fine, some are terrible. Both types can feel at times like they're micromanaging you. *Base PTO is low/below many other companies in the same sector. *You won't get credit/acknowledgment for working over 40 hours per week.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
