Pros
They work with some good clients, and pension/health insurance scheme are also good
Cons
They refuse to pay out contractually obliged bonuses. Every year, there is a new excuse why it is months late, depsite it being due on the same date every year. They try to force contract changes through on employees with no consultation and by using fear tactics. When you open a grievance, HR takes months and months with no outcome. Overall they treat their employees as profit margins with no respect, and their ultimate priority is to cover their own backs
