      Great coworkers and some supportive managers.

      Cons

      Always an emphasis to do more with less. Work life balance is horrible. If you can’t handle the workload you’re basically expected to suck it up. Lots of outsourcing to LCOL Countries so you always feel like your job is at risk. Cooperate communication gets a zero.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
